24.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE We have entered unprecedented times over the last few weeks and it appears to be our new normal for the foreseeable future. As an essential service Richards Quality Meats will remain open and trading to provide fresh quality meat to the wider community, but we thought it timely to provide more information on how we will trade in light of new government restrictions. Please don’t panic and rest assured supply of fresh, quality meat is guaranteed! Richard’...s own and operate their own abattoir within the Bordertown area and we have long standing supply of product from many trusted producers, our store will still have a wide variety of product available to purchase. For the safety of our staff and customers we are only allowing a maximum of 3 customers at a time to enter the store, this is in line with the new restrictions on the amount of people allowed within an indoor space. We are also encouraging our customers to order ahead to reduce the time spent in store. 15.01.2022 Dear Loyal Customers, In the interest of keeping our customers and staff safe we are implementing some changes effective from Monday 30th of March. As of Monday 30/3/20 our doors will be closed to the public but we will continue to trade via phone and email orders to limit contact between staff and customers. Please find attached an order and price sheet or alternatively your welcome to collate your own order. We will fill every order and are providing two options, either de...livery or collection from a staff member outside our premises. The new service will be available Monday to Friday. We will not be open Saturday mornings so pickup or delivery of orders will not be available on Saturdays until we get a handle on our new system and our workload. We urge and encourage people to do a weekly order to limit unneccessary outings. All private kills will be suspended until further notice. Any private kills in the system will be completed as normal. We just need the chance to catch up and manage this never before seen situation. 06.01.2022 IMPORTANT INFORMATION - NEW SERVICE AVAILABLE The team at Richards Quality Meats have strived to accommodate all our customer needs during the COVID-19 pandemic and we are pleased to announce we have a new free delivery service available for our Victorian customers! Border restrictions of some form will be with us for the foreseeable future so we have arranged a twice weekly delivery service to Kaniva. Delivery will be to the Commercial Hotel Kaniva on Tuesday’s and Fr...iday’s each week via refrigerated transport. Orders will be available for collection from the Hotel from 1pm onwards on these two days. Thank you to the Commercial Hotel for allowing us to deliver customer orders and store in their cool room till collected. Attached is our up to date Online Order Form. To order your meat delivery please complete the form ensuring your contact details and credit card payment details are also supplied. We ask that orders please be in by no later than 6pm on Monday’s and Thursday’s to enable us to have all orders ready by the following morning. Our contact details are listed on the form also, forms can be emailed, phoned or faxed through to the store. If you have any queries regarding this new service please contact our store to discuss your needs and if you know of anyone that would like to access this delivery service we would appreciate you sharing this information with them.
