25.01.2022 Big shoutout to RHF client Phil, always giving 110% in every session. I remember when we first started working together and Phil struggling with 40kg on the Bench Press and Back Squat fast forward 5 months and after retesting last week we now have a 1 rep max of 103kg on Bench and a 120kg Back Squat. 18.01.2022 I think the biggest mistake people make when they try to make a change in their lifestyle is that they try to adjust too many things at once and end up completely falling off track Start by making small adjustments, for example add a 30 min walk once/twice a week or try meal prepping just one of your meals for the entire week and gradually keep building and adding from there Even the smallest change is a step in the right direction

17.01.2022 5 Tips For A Better Bench Press Ensure your feet a firmly placed on the ground when setting up on the Bench creating a strong stable base Shuffle your body down on the Bench and align your eyes directly under the bar, this will hep to avoid hitting the bench/rack when you un-rack the bar and your perform your reps ... Place your hands evenly on the bar, you can use the rings on a standard olympic bar to ensure that they are spaced correctly/evenly apart on each side Retract your scapula (imagine pressing your shoulder blades back into the bench, or sticking your chest out), doing the opposite and having a protracted scapular (shoulders forward/rounded) during the Bench Press will increase you range of motion, create more instability within your shoulder joint and increase your chances of injury during the lift Keep your elbows directly in line with your wrists and bar during the movement which will increase your ability to apply force to the bar allowing you to move more weight more effectively Happy Lifting!
