25.01.2022 FYI everyone about Barwon Waters information about water and waste water. Our drinking water is sourced from Barwon Waters system. Our all of our septic tanks are disposed of at the Barwon Waters waste treatment plant.

Ours thoughts are with everyone who has the virus and also those who are waiting for their results to come through, we wish you a speedy recovery. We will be still available to provide our services to our Community but in the same way we have from the start of the Pandemic until now we will ask the same questions, but now we may add a couple of questions about whether you are waiting on test results etc. your privacy can be assured we only ask for the safety of our Families, team members and their families of course our Community.

19.01.2022 This is the same for septic tanks but remember the pump out and plumbers fees are paid for by the Occupier of the premises, not the water authorities. Please be careful what you put down your septic tank it can create a costly problem.

12.01.2022 The Falls Music Festival in Lorne on the Great Ocean Road has been cancelled due to the extreme weather conditions forecast for Victoria over the next couple of... days. The 9,000 festival goers currently at the site are being told to leave by tomorrow morning and nobody else will be admitted. Gates to the site will be closed at 9am tomorrow morning. 06.01.2022 Good Afternoon Everyone! We would like everyone to know that we are open for business and happy to service everyone with their septic tanks and water deliveries. We would just like everyone to know that we have always used best practices when it comes to PPE and dealing with our customers and staff well being.... So now we also have the COVID-19 outbreak, and I know and understand that everyone is being bombarded with information. So Ill keep this information simple - * We are an essential service we will be available to everyone for the septic tank and drinking and stock water needs. * Please dont be offended if we ask you a couple of questions eg are you in self isolation? have you traveled overseas? this will not stop us from servicing your septic or delivering your water but we will have to ensure no contact and we will need to dispose of our PPE as required by the health department. * Payment as per usual will be available on the day and an eftpos machine will be available most of the time, if not you can call us with your credit card details or a bank transfer. This is crazy times and we hope that everyone can support local businesses and families, and the staff of businesses who are doing their very best, so that when this time is up everyone can return to what will possibly be the new normal.
