22.01.2022 T’was the week before Christmas and all through the lands, the shopkeepers stood eagerly watching clock hands. The Richers trucks had been busy, but eventually they slowed; for it was just before Christmas and nearly all customers had closed. The phones had stopped ringing and with drivers home-bound, thoughts of sweet Christmas joy were soon to be found. As the key left the ignition with one final ‘pop,’ the drivers smiled knowing they’d made their last stop. For it is truly... with thanks to our customers we spend, this most special Christmas time with our children, family and friends. Best wishes from all the team at Richers Transport and Richers Bricks & Pavers. Our Transport services remain operational throughout the Christmas period, with our Bricks & Pavers sites closing Friday 20th of December and reopening Thursday 2nd of January 2020.

07.01.2022 To our extended Richers family, It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Mark Lewis. Mark passed away on Sunday 06/09/2020. Our heartfelt sympathy’s and deepest condolences to Mark’s family. Mark managed our long distance fleet and had been battling poor health for a few months. However, none of us expected this to be the outcome. Mark has been a valued member of our Company for close to 17 years. Mark’s commitment to the company, respect and admiration ...for his colleagues, and most memorably his personality, friendship and character will not be forgotten. 05.01.2022 A BIG thanks to all our LITTLE friends from the Paisley Park Learning Centre in Hervey Bay and Maryborough! Over the past couple of weeks our drivers have been receiving care packages including home baking, hand drawn art and thank you notes from the children for their tireless efforts during the Covid-19 crisis. It’s great to know these children and learning about the important part the trucking industry plays in our local and broader community. Leaving these little thank you notes for our drivers to find has definitely put a smile on all our faces.
