My client @libmarc is fighting fit at nearly 52 years old although he’d admit his physique looks better now than in his 20’s Due to Covid restrictions and no access to gym for 118 days of lockdown Lib had lost a great amount of his hard earned pre-lockdown muscle. These results are a 6 week body composition change by following my tailored program 6 days a week and a PT session each week to keep him accountable. Lib hasn’t counted calories just ate intuitively and focused on training and lifestyle changes. This is a totally naturally drug free transformation His results: - 4.3 kg muscle gain - 6.5 cm size increase to chest and back measurement - 2.5 cm increased measurement in his quads - 2 cm increase in arms - Waist measurement remained the same whilst hip/glutes measurement increased 2 cms Lib is a great example of someone who has bounced back fantastically from adversity and I think you’d agree he’s looking great.
