21.01.2022 CHANGES! As of today we will no longer be doing haircuts with out washing your hair first. If you would like a haircut, you will be directed straight to the basin where your stylist will put on a pair of gloves & perform 2 Cleansing Shampoos, leaving the second shampoo on for 3-5mins & then conditioning. 18.01.2022 A MESSAGE FROM OUR MANAGER! To our dearest Clients, Firstly we would like you all to know that our thoughts are with you during this crazy time. ... At this stage we will NOT be closing. Further restrictions have minimised the amount of time we can spend with each client (30mins) and the amount of clients we have in the salon at any given time (1 client per 4 square meters), changes that will come in to effect as of midnight Wednesday. We ask that if you do have an appointment in the coming days, to please give us a call so we can discuss your options! It also important to mention that now, more then ever it is incredibly IMPORTANT to reschedule your appointments if you are feeling unwell in any way. Our clients are very important to us, but the health & safety of all my staff during this time is of the utmost importance! 02.01.2022 WE ARE OPEN! Just a note on what we are doing at CHD Richmond to make sure everyone is safe whilst in our care! Each working station is being cleaned and wiped down thoroughly after each client.... Basins are wiped and cleaned after each client. All towels and gowns are being washed after each service, single use only! All surfaces that are touched frequently are wiped down in between clients. We are currently not offering any beverages in salon. Limiting the amount of clients in the salon at any given time, we are currently working with 6 chairs & 2 basins. Keeping one work station free between seated clients to keep within social distancing rules. Magazines are no longer being provided & we encourage you to bring your own reading material to help you pass the time while your colours are processing. We also ask that you please come to your appointments ALONE so we can limit the amount of people in our salon.
