16.01.2022 [Member Success - Faye] Starting weight: 78kgs Current weight: 63kgs Total loss: 15kgs... Tania (Faye's carer) thought it would be a great idea to bring Faye to the gym not only to get her to exercise but also because of the social aspect. Tania who has been a member with Contours for approximately 3 years took on Faye as a carer in 2011. Tania had Faye joined in Sep 11 & Faye settled in quite quickly taking a liking to the trainers & also the regular morning clients. Faye has benefited greatly from the regular exercise bouts and the support that Tania has provided and has lost 15kgs! Not only is this loss inspirational but Faye as a person is inspirational and it is great to have her apart of the studio. We are all so proud of you Faye and want to thank Tania for bring you here to us. We want everyone to know of both your fantastic achievements. Keep up the good work!
15.01.2022 Congratulations to Michelle Willick on losing 1.2kg in 3 weeks. Michelle has only done 3 personal training sessions and has focused on her food intake. Well done! at Contours Richmond.

11.01.2022 [MEMBER SUCCESS STORY] - Congratulations Cheryl Nagle! 10 kgs in 10 weeks! Joined: February 2013 Lost to date: 13.3kg... 1). What made you decide to start exercising? I have my son’s wedding in August and I want to buy a nice dress and not look like a circus tent. 2). What is the biggest change you have made so far? I have stopped eating chips, chocolates, cakes and biscuits which I used to have every day. 3). How long is your average workout and how many times per week do you exercise? I work out 3-4 times per week at the gym for 1 to 1.5 hours. It depends on what the girls have planned for me. 4). What exercise do you despise the most? The cross trainer machine is the hardest for at the moment. 5). What advise could you give to ladies wanting to achieve results like you have. Stay motivated with the goal you set yourself. Have a friend or family member do it with you this helps. We are all so proud of you Cheryl and want everyone to know of your fantastic achievement. Keep up the good work!

02.01.2022 Member Success Kari Vernon Starting weight: 79.6kgs Current weight: 69.1kgs Total loss: 10.5kgs... CM lost: 20.5cm Kari joined Contours in August 2012 with a goal of losing 14kg’s. After 12 months of regular attendance and diet change Kari has managed to break the 10kg barrier. Kari is currently a participant in the 12 week challenge which has been a real boost for her weight loss with a recorded result so far of 3.8kgs at the half way mark. A huge congratulations to Kari on all her hard work and commitment. 1.Why did you join Contours? To lose weight and get back into shape. I was feeling very tired and heavy. 2.What is the biggest change you have had to make to get your results? I would have to say watching your calorie intake and exercising regularly. I never calorie counted before and it is a big eye opener and how easy it is to consume too many calories. 3.What is one tip you would give to someone wanting to achieve results like yours? Be consistent. If you stick at it the results will come. Don’t beat yourself up if you have a bad day here and there. As long as you keep at it you will achieve great results and feel not only happy but you will look good too. I must also mention Bec and the team of girls here provide a wealth of knowledge to guide and support you all the way. It is great to know you can come in anytime and they will always be there to help you.
