15.01.2022 RED NOSE DAY With the covid restrictions that have been in place for much of 2020, most of our Richmond HS Community are aware that we could not hold our traditional Red Nose Day activities including the flyover, Richmond Rules game and concert. Towards the end of last term on September 11, our students did a great job getting into the spirit of the day wearing their finest red attire, purchasing Red Nose merchandise and entering competitions for prizes, to raise over $600 fo...r Red Nose Day and their research into SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). Special thanks to Miss Dale and her SRC team for all their efforts in organising the day and making it a special occasion. However, without our famous flyover shots, we didn't have our usual memento of the day. Well one of our wonderful teachers, Mrs Rosso, took it upon herself to fill the void left by no POLAIR flyover and decided to design and create her own flyover image for 2020. Using our students’ 2020 school photo profile shots, she created this fantastic virtual flyover image. Well done Mrs Rosso and thank you so much for providing the 2020 Red Nose Day Flyover image. We look forward to seeing them at 9:30am outside the Gym in preparation for the exam beginning at 9:55am. Years 7-10 should be engaging in all classes with a '5' for effort as their yearly assessment block is only a few weeks away, and Year 11 are working hard either finishing up Preliminary Courses or... beginning HSC Courses. Events this week include: - Tue: HSC Exams begin @ 9:50am, but students need to be there by 9:30am at the latest for a covid safe check. - Wed: HSC Exams continue from 9:25am - students need to be at school by 9:00am at the latest for a covid safe check. Please note: the HSC Exam Timetable for Richmond HS students is displayed below for this Week (Nov 20-23):

07.01.2022 Congratulations to the Year 11 students who were invited to the Deputy Principal's lunch on Thursday. We are very proud of these students and would like to congratulate them on their hard work and commitment to learning in 2020.

07.01.2022 Year 8 have been so excited to welcome their chicks this week! They have been getting creative with their chick names, featuring everything from Popcorn and Butter to more traditional names like Liz and Rose.
