22.01.2022 We are so excited to announce the first in a series of health webinars for our local community Starting on Tuesday 6th October at 6pm, Dr Tom Dickson from Ri...chmond Medical and Senior Physio Cam Steptoe will discuss Mens Health with a focus on Mental Health and Exercise & Rehab. The effects of COVID on mental health have been widely reported during lockdown, so we asked ourselves ‘what stops an Aussie bloke from going to see a doctor regarding how he is feeling/his mental health?’ It’s our aim to help lower the barriers by providing the what, why, how, where and who our local guys can go to, to seek advice, if or when they need it AND ask any other health, fitness or rehab questions they may have. Exercise and mental health go hand in hand, but what if there is an injury in the equation? We know that if there is pain, exercise is the last thing we want to be doing so Cam is here to guide us on what to do if it hurts. Tailored exercise plans with a focus on rehab is what Optimus does best! Make sure everyone tunes in when we go live on facebook via Zoom on Tuesday at 6pm. Send us any questions by DM, comment below or email through to [email protected]

05.01.2022 To help stop the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), all residents and travellers wishing to enter Victoria must apply for a permit. Areas will be designated gree...n, orange or red zones by the Chief Health Officer based on public health advice. Restrictions will apply for different zones. Based on current health advice, here are the different zones: http://coronavirus.vic.gov.au/travelpermits From 6pm today travellers arriving into Victoria from anywhere in Australia will have to follow these directions. This system is about a strong and simple framework to protect what we have all achieved here in Victoria.
