24.01.2022 Loving see you all again it’s like we never stopped a reminder to not use any product in your first shower or afterwards; just let the tan develop over the next 12 hours. Your second shower you can have a nice soapy shower and start moisturising to get the most life out of your tan. Best to use what I like to call ‘tan friendly products’ that contain no sls or mineral oils as this will make it fade quicker and unevenly. There is a great range available in the studio from body wash, body butter as well as a tan extender. Just ask if you need any pointers! I sometimes get sidetracked chatting about much more important things good to be back!!

20.01.2022 New to tanning? Here is a quick guide on what to do during and after that first shower... keep the water cool or warm not hot! Hubby has been doing #wimhofmethod which incorporates cold showers - benefits shown are improving stress levels, immune function, mental alertness, weight loss and increased will power. I don’t have the will power to even give it a go much prefer an ocean for my cold water therapy! Let me know how you go if you decide to try it!
