02.01.2022 Lean-To Kitchen sauces are made locally here in Hobart by experienced chef and business owner Shayne Lewis. Shayne believes to make a great sauce you have to s...tart with great local produce. Shayne sources as many of his ingredients from local suppliers as he can, in some cases buying direct from the farmer. Shayne makes a variety of vegan friendly sauces for when you want to make things saucy in both retail and catering sizes.
