13.01.2022 WAGYU O.P RIB ON THE BONE Our ideal cooking method; 1. Preheat oven to 180c... 2. Bring the RIB ON THE BONE to room temperature, be sure to marinate! Cracked pepper and Sea Salt is our favourite 3. Drizzle olive oil and butter into a fry pan at the HOTTEST HEAT 4. Place the steak onto the pan DO NOT FIDDLE WITH IT 5. Cook for 3 minutes, then turn steak to 180 angle cook for a further 3 minutes, flip and repeat on the other side 6. Place Rib On The Bone into the pre heated oven for # 20mins for a rare steak # 35mins for a medium steak # 50mins for a well done steak 7. Let the steak rest for about 20mins ENJOY!!
