25.01.2022 Wow how time flies. These photos are from 9 years ago not long after buying our property. When we first brought our place it had 1 50 acre paddock, not flat land and no yards, stable complex. We spent the next few years with the assistance of our 6 kids building all the facilities that you see today at our place. Lots of hard work but all worth it.

24.01.2022 Reflecting on some of the incredibly special silver QH’s I have been very blessed to have had at Ricinda Ranch, I thought I would share a little bit of us. We are a small stud that focuses on breeding from the best 100% QH lines that are also panel negative from known testable genetic disorders. Sticking to this over the years meant we have passed up some beautiful horses however it was something I just could not compromise on. In my professional life I work as a Quality Man...ager for a large Hospital so as you might gather, I am wired for striving for highest quality possible. Along this journey it has certainly been a roller coaster of a ride. At times exhilaratingly thrilling and at others excruciating painful. Yet I certainly would not have missed it for the world. 17.01.2022 After a GREAT deal of deliberation we have decided to put 2 of our retained fillies and silver mare on the market so we can focus more on our boys. 11.01.2022 Our stallion line up has certainly gone up a notch or 2. (Make that 3 notches) with the arrival of 3 new impressive stallions. The focus for the next 12 months for our boys will be on their training & campaigning. This will mean breeding spots will be limited & to approved mares only so if u want a spot booking early is advised so u dont miss out. We strongly believe that stallions should be well educated ridden horses first & foremost.

11.01.2022 Stunning mare for sale. Owned by friend. Just Melanite (Mel Mel) is 9 years old 15HH is a Silver bay Overo mare. She is very easygoing does not kick, bite buck, easy to float, shoe, rug. I have used her purely for pleasure riding, trails etc she has attended some clinics with Ian Leighton, and a team penning clinic. She is very sensitive so very responsive to aids and a forward horse not suitable for a complete beginner. She loves agility and is a very quick learner. She would be great for an adult rider or pony club, or if you prefer ridden or in hand classes.
