25.01.2022 Can you imagine our civil libertarians going apesh*t if police stuck our Covid 19 offenders in the stocks wind the clock back in Australia 100 years and this was normal here.
25.01.2022 Its no secret that I'm now finally at the pointy end of legal cases against people that deliberately and systematically defamed over several years, with the most vicious of allegations, Ive had to live it. But now here's the thing.... A lawyer connected with someone I'm suing has admitted that I will win but says my reputation is tarnished so damages won't be large" well how does that lawyer think my reputation got that way if not for the actions of their client or former c...lient. Interesting thing is, if intending calling on others to prove their allegations are the truth, a requirement at law. Well good luck with that..... these people that made these allegations are of the character that they hide on social media but never turn up in person, but personal appearance is what the courts demand. And remember they made the same allegations to QPS, CCC, Parliament and all were dismissed being without substance....... See more
25.01.2022 The hash reality is that many people on FB say what they like or are trolls because they have no money or asset to loose, a fine of $111,000 may deter people with substance but these others have nothing to fear except an increase to their already large and of no consequence, spurs debt. Having said that. I find it interesting that there seems to have been a mass exodus of trolls across FB, i know, I've duly noted most of the trolls that have tormented me and others around me have now gone, to little to late, with hundreds of their posts saved. They would be hoping the Federal Government laws doesnt make the new trolling laws retrospective. I hope they do, so accountability and justice is served, many trolled, tormented people have been made to suffer in silence, like we have.

24.01.2022 Thank you for the reminder, Eric and Belinda, these post were put up on Shields page over night. Yes I lost an election with the worst result imaginable, thats why we're in court, due to false claims by two parties that are the subject of my two defamation court cases, one against Shields and the other against Ferguson, omnous of proof in every allegation remains the accuser, good luck with that, given Police, CCC, and other agencies said there nothing to proceed with or untr...uths but the publications continued. Gee Im glad I record things Eric's angry because his failed mayoral bid saw his dirty little past out for all to see. Make no mistake there is no remote similarity between what they did to me, and what happened to Shields but court documented and the recorded TRUTH. Love to be reminded why the damages sought will be so high. Thank you for that.......

23.01.2022 Looking for answers......... Cancer - Influenza - Cholera and many other sickness and diseases have plagued us for the eons of time, millions dying- AND STILL NO CURE..... And here we have Covid -19 (aledgedly man made), to me a form of influenza and its taken under a year to find a vaccine that will not only stop the original strain but mutations, we're told.... I look at death rates globally, everyone now seems to die from Covid - 19 or Covid - 19 related illnesses, I then look at developing countries around the world to see mass deaths from Covid, they have no masks or social distancing, No! Evidently their "success is unsung" how, why?..... Why! do we still see the misinformation and confusion by Politicians, Authorities and then the Media, who seem different, they need to dramatise everything in order to "sell their wares", any other business would be prosecuted for misrepresentation (but that's for another time) truth is, they're projecting what they've been told to project. I still haven't seen any cases where I know the people personally or a relative of someone I know, anyone, please! just someone, I do know people that have been in quarantine and test negative. All I know is what I've been told through the media whom I have no trust for. ************* Then we hear people say that this plague is foretold in Revelations in the Bible, I went and looked Rev: 6 verse 6 - 8 Rev 6:6 is the wheat and barley the Government hardship handouts? But you can get fuel (oil) in your car and energy (oil) to keep comfortable, the alcohol (wine) shops remain open. Rev 6: 8. It was alleged to have been given to a person in the office. I will suggest this gets referred to authorities, just to be sure. No malice.
21.01.2022 The loser Mayoral candidate Shields will now stop stalling his legal action against me, thats the case where he was the applicant in moving the matter from the Federal, to the Supreme, to the District Court, I had accepted a firm quote from lawyers and Barristers to finish the case, Shields says it was to save ME money, ha ha ha, like unbelievable. https://jade.io/article/116583 The other case is me suing him for 4 years of attacks.... 19.01.2022 Isn't Christmas an exciting time of year, for most, this year I've decided to do something very special for some outstanding people, they've gone right out of their way concerning me, I'm giving them the present they really deserve. one they never thought they'd get and they will always remember, I'm feeling in that giving mood, one must always ask the question "will my gift be appreciated"........

12.01.2022 Bad planning Prime Minister, you gave Qantas a $715 million dollar tax and fee break, naval gazer!, the deal should have been, only if Qantas keep its employees in a job and not stood them down/sacked them like they have today, 30,000 workers, a bloody disgrace. 11.01.2022 National Anthem change, considering we've been here 200 years so we're not young anymore and should embrace a "one"ness amongst the people, there will always be indifference. The LAND OWNERSHIP- In that regard I often ask, if a land owner had several paddocks and didn't seem to be using one of them, and a squatter observed that the paddock wasn't being used, (in the squatters opinion), and decided to set up camp there and claim it as their own, how loud would we hear the land... owner scream, the Police would come, remove and arrest the squatter, send then off to the courts charged with trespasss. Why do first Australians have rights- We can't compare Australia with the USA as they had a "document of war" against the Indians and the Indians became a conquered people, this my analysis please correct me if I'm missing something? How do aboriginal people view the land?- The Aboriginal people don't own the land like us, they belong to or are part of the land it's their fibre, there existance. Europeans said Australia was unoccupied however Aboriginal tribal areas, look like council areas to me. (See map) Food for thought.....

09.01.2022 You gotta laugh, this person John Smith AKA Shane Reynolds has terrorised people on facebook with false allegations made through fake profiles, eventually slipping up, this person who is best friends with Eric Shields the failed mayoral candidate and according to his profile, still a current "political candidate" ??? 09.01.2022 Election result Mayor, There is 306,121 on the roll, normal elections the informal vote count is about 5% we have over 10%, not good. Peter Flannery is 5177 votes ahead with about 99,909 maximum votes to count. Average stats thus far. (+ - 02%)... Shields 13.12% Raedel 15.54% Flannery 29.32% voting swing 1% Teasdale 14% Thompson 28% voting swing 1.5% Without a massive swing in postal votes or away vote, which is not likely, the result will look similar to this. This is clearly the strangest election I have ever seen, having been involved in 10 campaigns, the lack of mailbox drops, meet the candidate nights etc is a major catalyst in the ambiguity and confusion at polling. We all experienced people saying for the first time, I don't know who to vote for. Looking at the dollar amount that candidates spent might explain. Attached

04.01.2022 Negative nasty political people, thinking the only way to build themselves up is to tear others down, the community is so over that attitude. look at the last council election, the greatest loser was mayoral candidate Eric Shields, he ran last, its agreed, he was not well known, many get caught up the same way, his ominpresent glowing popularity was mere figment of his own imagination, he was miles ahead, always going to win, spending all his time attacking other candidates ...and telling tales to the ECQ on the most petty of things about others. The illusion that these attacks were increasing his winning margin not tearing himself down, sadly candidates like this will never come to terms that the the community is over these politicians. Community want strong leaders who can stand on their "own merits", admit to their "faults", "own their mistakes" and learn from them. Above all Don't blame others for everything untoward that happens. And don't steal the glory of others, even the Romans recognised "glory is fleeting". Well off, to the next election, should be fun
04.01.2022 We're in lockdown again from 6pm tonight until 6pm Monday night, or get fined, stay at home essential travel only, get tested if you feel unwell, It is aledged this is a mutant strain from the United Kingdom. The sceptics about Covid 19 are increasing every day....... as people watch their life savings go down the drain over the last 12 months. I don't know anyone personally that has had it and I have relatives that work in hospitals and public offices. ... It has been said to me that if the media wasn't telling us about the cases we wouldn't know. Just putting it out there?
03.01.2022 Join us, look stupid and live, get a mask and wear it when you're in public, wash your hands regularly, you touch your face 16 times per hour on average. UPDATE... following comments--- Everyone is an expert on this virus, bloody know-it-alls, we are doing something, we are a shop and Tow/Recovery company, it is impossible to remain 1.5mtr apart, we touch plastic payment cards, handle money, handle purchase items touched by others, we wear disposable gloves and home made masks that are two membranes thick, (Not the mask that doctors, nurses and the diagnosed need) ours are washable so they can last months. Honestly if you've got something negative to say, tell it elseware, we don't want to hear it.

This election with 67.8% or 207,550 votes counted, and the trickle of incoming postal or absentee votes slowed dramatically, with 97,271 votes yet to count, given that voters may have simply followed Federal Government Covid 19 laws, which take president over State laws (Aust.Constitution. sect. 109) and isolated. Resulting... in an unprecedented number of people may not have voted. Save for a hand full of preferences to be distributed, Peter Flannery will be mayor on 29.93? of first past the post votes. Clearly if the mayoral candidates hadn't been so smug, thinking they were all going to win and allocated preferences, we potentially would have seen a different outcome, except one fact would not change Eric Shields would still have been last Note- We may hear of legal challenges, however the courts expect candidates to have broad shoulders (a think skin) a very strong discounting factor before a case would proceed. There are some real casualties and some got just what they deserved.
