25.01.2022 Set your goals high and NEVER stop chasing your dreams

24.01.2022 I love working with people to help them achieve their health fitness goals. When I receive feedback like Elizas it reinforces why I am so passionate about changing peoples life through correct nutrition and training!

22.01.2022 Throwback to well before I ever hit a bodybuilding stage I enjoyed fitness and fashion modeling. It is crazy to look back to being on movie sets with some of the worlds biggest action stars #tbt

21.01.2022 Sundays spent right, recharging the batteries by the ocean. Starting the week with a clear mind and following the plan to my clear set goals

21.01.2022 Transformations happen when we commit to a goal and continually strive to achieve it. . Nutrition and training not only achieves physical results but also has an enormous impact on us mentally. The saying look good, feel good is extremely accurate. . We may be restricted with what equipment we can train with and where we can train at the moment but dont let that stop you from doing physical activity. Transformations can happen anytime you put effort in! #tbt

20.01.2022 Saying goodbye to one of my superstar clients today! @konstansfitnessgal is a perfect example of what my clients can achieve anywhere in the world. We have been working together while she lived in France and then had the opportunity to work more closely here in Australia over the past few months. She flys out today back home to Paris but her journey has just begun with RBF as we set new goals working together online over the next 12 months. No excuses just hard work has enabled her to achieve what she once thought unachievable. Your a star @konstansfitnessgal and a pleasure to train and mentor #transformationtuesday

20.01.2022 This is a great example of a stability exercise to include in your workout. I recommend that all my clients incorporate some form of stability exercises during any phase of training. Yes, strength and hypertrophy is important but no more important than stability and balance.

20.01.2022 My go to place is the ocean when processing life’s challenges. 2020 has thrown a lot of curve balls for everyone and I feel very fortunate living on the Gold Coast and being able to visit the beach and ocean all year round

20.01.2022 It’s great to have @dandeelife on board as a trainer at @rbf_performance #Repost @dandeelife Excited to be working alongside one of the countries most experienced fitness professionals @rickbrennanfitness in an awesome private space right in the heart of Broadbeach!!

20.01.2022 Celebrating my 46th birthday with the biggest banoffee pie I have ever seen

19.01.2022 Never be afraid to push for more when your head says stop. Science shows our brain says stop when our body only reaches 40% of its maximum output. Find that extra 60% and reap the reward from your training @v_tiarre79

18.01.2022 Throw back to 2009 from a photo shoot with @cjphoto_theworldeyelove Im looking forward to seeing what we capture from our upcoming shoot together for my new ebook. - Crazy to think that was 11 years ago but no matter how much time passes health and fitness is part of my make up. I have lived and breathed it my whole life, now Im 46 its more important than ever #throwbackthursday

18.01.2022 Not all heroes wear capes. The Hulk versus Mighty Mouse .. throwing around some weight RBF style

18.01.2022 There is no shortcuts! But hard work, dedication and focus certainly do change lives! #Repost @esmondye Lets take a trip down memory lane .... Back in January 2019, I had what many would have called a dream lifestyle : I had a family who loved me dearly (incredibly grateful to still have this) . Great opportunities to make a serious impact in this world (still very much living this each and every day) . And a 2 year relationship with someone who I thought Id spend the rest of my life with...(they say that in life, there will be three decisions that you make which youll regret for a lifetime, parting ways with this person in August of 2019 was one of them, but well save that story for another day) . One of the few things which I wasnt happy about back in 2019, however, was the way I felt and looked physically . In January of 2019, I had the incredible privilege of training with the legendary @rickbrennanfitness (if youre ever in the Gold Coast, be sure to get in contact with Rick for a truly game changing and transformational session for the mind, body and soul). However, what youll see in the first video is me barely able to bench 30kgs - Rick had to help me on the last couple of reps . Fast forward to the present day and Im back in the gym benching 70kgs after lockdown was lifted just a week ago . The secret to getting into shape is consistency, patience and discipline. There is no short cut. The second video is living proof that you can push passed existing boundaries. Believe in yourself and you WILL get where you want to be .

16.01.2022 With consistency and the right plan, results will follow! Repost @lachjmott Great results! 12 weeks of growth from @robertjameskimephotography ... Followed a diet from @rickbrennanfitness and had a PT, came to the gym himself and stuck to his plan so he got the results. Well done! Keep going brother!

16.01.2022 You would normally see me day to day in training gear but every now and then I mix things up (and surprise my wife). These are the times where I like to have balance and have time with family and friends, enjoy good food ... and maybe a honey bourbon or two

13.01.2022 I tell all my clients it is not about the weight we move but how we move the weight. Sometimes leaving your ego outside the gym can give you a far greater result

12.01.2022 Everyone has their own journey when it comes to transforming their life. The pic on the left shows me nearly 20 years ago when I hit a bump in the road and I turned to food as my 'escape'. I had just had my 3rd knee reconstruction and was limited with my exercise, was trying to cope with a messy break up and had just finished playing semi-professional AFL. The pic on the right is when I gave myself a kick up the bum and set myself a goal that I was determined to reach. I achi...eved my transformation in 12 weeks - all you need is the right plan, accountability and motivation! #workoutwednesday See more

12.01.2022 Even with Coronavirus restrictions in place its fantastic to hear from my clients that they have been able to continue and maintain their training and weight goals by following their training plans - even with gyms closed. Swipe to check out Peter out on the water kiting! A great example of what you can do if you have a strong and healthy body - no matter what your age is @ Gold Coast, Queensland

11.01.2022 It felt so good to be back on a bike again. A beautiful day, a beautiful woman on the back and the beautiful sound of a Harley Davidson between my legs #sundayfunday

11.01.2022 I practice what I preach with my own training and incorporate strength, stability, mobility and most importantly flexibility in all my exercises. These are fundamental elements for all my clients and athletes for a well balanced physique

10.01.2022 Celebrating our 5 year anniversary by the beach with a few cocktails

08.01.2022 Those who have a strong enough why, can overcome any obstacle to achieve his or her goal Rick Brennan Giving up isnt an option for me when I set my mind to achieve something. Why? Because if I have thought about it and set out to achieve a specific goal then I will overcome any obstacle or hurdle that may stop me because that goal means something to me. ... Anybody that knows me can attest that I dont do anything by halves in my personal or professional life. Dont ever let an obstacle stop you from achieving any goal, with the right mindset anything is possible. #throwbackthursday

08.01.2022 When you take your wife to dinner at @jimmywahsburleigh shes all smiles. Eating out can be a simple pleasure but one that we definitely took for granted prior to corona.

07.01.2022 While we have all had some downtime @kristygray__ and I been busy making the most of some extra time working on a new project #Repost @kristygray__ A couple of iPhone candids from today shooting some pics with @rickbrennanfitness for our new hustle @the.toneup We cant wait to share this project with you #comingsoon @ Gold Coast, Queensland

07.01.2022 Stretching is one area that is often overlooked but yet is an integral part of your training recovery. A lot of people don’t see as much value in stretching and neglect it all together or will be very inconsistent about incorporating time for stretching once they finish a training session. No, you won’t work up a sweat but you will increase the blood flow to your muscles which can help with the healing process after a training session. Stretching keeps us flexible and our joints strong and healthy so allow time after your training to stretch out your muscles and hold the stretch for at least 30 seconds. As with everything consistency will be when you notice the difference

07.01.2022 Its still hard to believe that international travel is off the cards .. indefinitely. For me jumping on a plane throughout the year whether it was to Europe, a short trip to Bali or New Zealand was the time for me to unwind, switch off and recharge the batteries. It gave me the ability to come back refreshed ready to smash some more goals personally and professionally. Now its trying to get that same balance but without going far from home. Has anyone else found this hard to switch that mindset and still get downtime? #throwbackthursday

07.01.2022 There is a lot of uncertainty in the world right now and what changes are yet to come with the Coronavirus. With every challenge I look to see the silver lining and where a positive action can be taken to change the situation. Moving forward I will be turning my back on competitive bodybuilding and starting a new chapter in health and fitness. In these recent events it has highlighted for me more than ever that health and fitness should be in everybodys top 3 priorities. As we age we become more vulnerable but if we fuel our body with the right nutrients and strengthen our muscles and bodies we build our immune systems to be able to fight back against different viruses that are becoming prevalent in society.

06.01.2022 A couple of weeks ago we decided to see what this BEAST could deadlift. In 2 weeks of training he can move 220kg. We now have a goal to lift 250kg from the ground for 3 reps in 4 weeks. Nothing like raw natural strength #hittinggoals

06.01.2022 #Repost @myfitnessclub_broadbeach Hello members! Were ready to welcome everyone back tomorrow at 11am. I just wanted to give you a walk through so you know what to expect when you enter the club. Cant wait to see you all

04.01.2022 Always looking to add variations to movements in my own training and with my clients. Training variables are the key to continually improving and enjoying your training #tuesdaymotivation Ashley Tapper

03.01.2022 #Throwback to a candid shot from the crowd, this was by far the year I was my biggest on stage but far from my best condition. I have been involved in sport and fitness all my life and for a significant period bodybuilding was my focus. Whilst you always need to be motivated, disciplined, focused and hard working in any goal you chose, bodybuilding certainly cements those principles. I always apply 110% in everything I do and this photo represents the outcome of all the fundamentals I applied to get these outcomes through my training and nutrition. My hard work has been recognized around the world on national and international stages and certain aspects of comp prep life will be cemented with me forever.

03.01.2022 Looking back to 12 months ago and how drastically things have changed in the world since then.. this time last year we were in Spain sailing around the Mediterranean and soaking up the European summer #flashbackfriday @ Ibiza, Spain

03.01.2022 Happy anniversary to my beautiful wife Katie Brennan. I love you more today than yesterday xxx

02.01.2022 My go to exercise for overall strength and power is the deadlift. There are plenty of variations but regardless of sumo, RDL, conventional or even trap bar they are all equally important. ROM and weight can sometimes depend on mobility, flexibility or even pre-existing injuries however, training smart will always allow a variation of this exercise so it can be included in your weekly workout regime!

02.01.2022 Great way to spend a Friday. At the beach for some exercise and a swim with my wife. Enjoying the simple things during this challenging time #prettyinpink

02.01.2022 Celebrating my Mum and Dads 50th Wedding Anniversary this weekend. An incredible achievement for any couple. This goes to show true love can conquer all

02.01.2022 I am always incorporating some body weight (calisthenics) work into my strength training. If you haven’t tried this exercise give it a go next time either as a warm up or a great finisher to your tricep workout. A standing close grip tricep press, make sure you keep your elbows tight by your side while maximising the flexion and extension of your triceps

02.01.2022 We all experience challenges and adversity throughout our life at some point. The difference is how we chose to deal and react to these moments, this is what sets us apart from others. I know so many people who were ready to throw themselves head first into a massive 2020. Corona changed all of that and literally turned the world on its head. It forced so many of us to stop, not just slow but completely stop, reassess and in some cases pivot our businesses in a new direction. 2020 may not be turning out how we envisaged in January, but its been a big reality check and a reminder of what is really important.

02.01.2022 Slowly but surely, strength is increasing during a new phase of my training. Periodisation is the key to any successful long term goal in the gym

01.01.2022 Happy Easter everyone hope you enjoy the down time with the people in your bubble!
