One of our FB friends needs some assistance with cooked meals (Gluten Free, Fodmap) for both herself and hubby as they are both suffering from some serious health issues and are unable to cook for themselves. They live in the St Helena/Greensborough area. If anyone can help with a few healthy meals please contact me through this site and I can pass on the details. 17.01.2022 Another Cooking School. This class was the Pastry Masterclass. Here we are making meat pie bases! Of course we ate meat pies for lunch as well! Thanks to everyone for making a great day!

16.01.2022 Mothers Day is coming and it is time for everyone to spoil their Mum! Here is a lovely poem to all mothers: A Mother’s Love ~ Anon... Of all the special joys in life, The big ones and the small, A mother’s love and tenderness Is the greatest of them all. Mothers Day is a time to reflect on our special Mothers that helped and guided us in our lives but perhaps are no longer with us (as is the case for me). I will celebrate this Mothers Day as a tribute to my beautiful mother who passed far too soon and who was greatly loved. Why not arrange a ‘special treat’ for Mum! With this in mind I will pass on some ideas to surprise and also give Mum a really memorable Day. Perhaps start the day with my new Pikelets and top with jam or with lemon juice and sugar served with a nice pot of English Breakfast tea and a glass of freshly squeeze orange juice or, if Mum likes her breakfast a little more savoury, then why not go for some freshly poached eggs, smoked salmon on Pikelets served with hollandaise sauce and don’t forget the red rose and the glass of champagne! We wish every Mother a very Special Day and hope that you enjoy the many surprises that awaits you! XXXXX

13.01.2022 Had a great Cooking School last weekend. Everyone enjoyed the pastry masterclass. We all cooked some delicious pies, pasties and egg and ham pies... delicious! Well done everyone.

12.01.2022 We wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year! All I can say is ...what a year 2016 was! I don’t think I have ever been so ill with numerous health issues all year! Come on 2017! Many thanks to our patient Cooking School Friends as we had to reschedule some of the cooking school dates.... We had a great time teaching many newly diagnosed Coeliac and Fodmap sufferers and now they are a lot more confident that they can actually enjoy great tasting foods that they can now prepare themselves. Check out the pics!

07.01.2022 We had another great cooking school at the weekend. Thanks to all that took part in the Master Bread Class. We made fluffy, light bread, naan bread and then had hand-made pizzas for lunch. We then finished with delicious lemon meringue and strawberry tart! Don’t forget the ‘famous’ Rick Grant Eclairs that each student takes home!

Hi Rick, thought you might like to see what me son took to an engagement party. It was a ‘bring a plate’ and he took your Donut Nuggets. Everyone loved them, even the non-coeliacs!! Great Products. 07.01.2022 Rick Grant’s Gluten Free Bread Masterclass. We made delicious bread, pizzas and Naan Bread for lunch and finished off with Lemon Meringue Tart! A great fun day for all. Well done to all students on the day!

06.01.2022 We will be in Ballarat this Saturday 19th May at Wilsons Fruit and Vegetables Mair Street East, Ballarat 10am to 2pm. Tastings gs of Naan Bread, Choc Chip Cookies and Fried Chicken and Tempura Vegetables. We would love to see you there.

06.01.2022 I would like to apologise to everyone for sending numerous Newsletter updates! This was due to the crazy website that informed us that the newsletter did not send, so I continued to press ‘send’. When the website decided to actually send the Newsletter, it was sent several times!! We hope everyone has a great 2017 and we look forward to new video posting and some new products to be showcased soon!
