20.01.2022 Extended trips going smoothly rely on organisation, and thanks to the storage system that the boys from OffRoad Systems designed and built to suit my specific needs, everything I take with me has a place to call home. The huge ARB 4x4 Accessories Elements fridge is protected nicely, and the huge deep drawer swallows up a mountain of gear. I especially like the stainless steel insert that turns the draw into a handy space to prep food or tools. The cargo barrier that ORS also installed is a handy addition, as is the 60L water tank that lives behind the drawers. #storage #bespoke #customdesigned #waterstorage #winnie

10.01.2022 With so many extended trips planned for Winnie while we are filming the new program, camping is going to our way of life 99% of the time we are out bush. FOr me, a Darche 270 degree awning was a no-brainer and a real must. The huge undercover area will provide plenty of space to roll out the Dirty Dee 900 swag on my trusty Darche stretcher. 07.01.2022 The heartbeat of any touring 4WD is its 12v system, and thanks to some great advice from my local Auto One, I've got a system I can count on when it matters. There are two 105A/h Supercharge Batteries in the rear, and these are kept topped up thanks to the PROJECTA IDC45 management system. Its a terrific unit that will also take a solar input so I can use solar panels to keep the system topped up if we decide to base-camp for a few days. Helping me make the most of all this power is a PROJECTA 2,000w Inverter I picked up from Auto One. The experts at TJM Macarthur - Adrenalin Off-road Tours did a stellar job on the install and I couldn't be happier with the results! #12v #power #deepcyclebattery #solarpower #winnie
