25.01.2022 Christmas Trifle sample only. Ricks will be making 20 only of these family trifles in a glass stand bowl that you get to keep. Layers are: raspberry jelly, mango custard, gingerbread spiced sponge soaked in Mango spiced syrup with mascarpone mousse topped with a macadamia crumble. 20 only for pick up Christmas Eve. Please get your order in early. Will serve 12 to 15 people.
