24.01.2022 When carpeting inside built-in robes, I like to remove the doors to give me better access. This little chappie was hiding up in the recess, playing a game of peek-a-boo!!! Not quite the size of my hand, but big enough that it was fortunate that I was in an empty new home, as I invoked just about all of the heavenly deities!!!!

21.01.2022 When the client provides the carpet and you know it has already been layed previously. Second hand carpet will usually be very stiff, and difficult to get decent stretch out of. Best installed on a hot day to soften it a little!! Thankfully no heating vent holes to contend with! ... #workingtothesamestandards

19.01.2022 Spring clean time in carpet land! Got two pieces here, both really good quality textured carpet. Each piece is 2.2x3.6m, the coins are there to give you an idea of how nice and chunky the profile's are. (I'm Scottish, you don't get the 30c as well!!!)... Need them gone to make room for other things!

Jobs are banking up, so once the restrictions ease off enough to allow me to get my hands on some carpet, it's going to be a manic old time playing catch up. Occasionally someone will try and shake hands with me and that just ends up like a couple of fools trying to do robot dancing, badly!
