25.01.2022 On Tuesday 10th September the RTF will be running the annual Ricky Taylor Fashion clinic at the Monash Children’s Cancer Centre and are excited to have Nathan Charles (Australian Rugby Player) as the guest speaker! We love to give the teens lots of clothes and a make over on the day so we are looking for any make-up artists who would be willing to volunteer their time to pamper the teens and join the fun! Please feel free to message us if you are interested.

25.01.2022 There have been some enquiries about The R.T.F Bingo night in light of Coronavirus. The event is still going ahead, in line with current government recommendations that events under 500 people are ok to go ahead. https://creative.vic.gov.au/news/2020/coronavirus-update... However, if on the day you are not feeling well, or have been in close contact with anyone having traveled overseas, then as per Government health recommendations please keep yourself at home to ensure not risking spread of infection to anyone coming to the event. We hope you are all well however, and are looking forward to another great RTF event with you all! We will continue to monitor government recommendations on social gatherings and keep you updated if anything changes.

24.01.2022 Hello to our lovely friends and family! Sorry we have been a bit quiet. It has been a difficult year for everyone, including The RTF. As you all know, we have been unable to fundraise this year due to restrictions and lockdowns. Unfortunately that means we have to do an online raffle this year instead of being able to see all your beautiful faces in person.... We are launching our Christmas Raffle today! There is no pain deeper than the loss of a child/sibling and our hearts and prayers go out to you during this most difficult time. The are so excited about the big TV that they can now wheel around the rooms. Thank you Anthony and Tim for going out of your way to drop it all off. Joey and BB have been big supporters of our Foundation from the beginning, let's share the support and listen in to their regular radio show. You can tune in fortnightly on Mondays and an extra show on today!

We would like to thank you all again for being so supportive and helping us ‘put a smile’ on the faces of the MCCC AYA teens!

14.01.2022 This week the RTF team held the 4th annual Ricky Taylor Fashion Clinic at Monash Children's Hospital, one of the many Adolescent and Young Adult Clinics held throughout the year for the teens. We were so happy to see huge smiles amongst the teens on the night, after a motivational speech from our wonderful guest speaker Nathan Charles, and a wardrobe makeover for each of them- lots of new clothes and accessories in preparation for the coming summer months! We would like to s...ay a huge thank you to Nathan Charles, former Australian Rugby Union player and national ambassador for Cystic Fibrosis, who travelled from Perth to join us as guest speaker on the night. Nathan inspired the teens through sharing his personal journey with Cystic Fibrosis, and shared his experiences in meeting his goals despite the most difficult of obstacles. We would like to give a huge thank you to Shai Bianchi and the team at Country Road for generously providing our teens with gorgeous sweaters and overnight bags (see the photos for how good they looked in their sweaters!), and also a huge thank you to Koala Kids Foundation for the yummy food provided for everyone on the night! We would like to thank Lachlan for his fashion direction for all of the teens, and the biggest thank you to all of the hospital staff, especially Jane and Lynette, without whom this night would not have been possible! Thank you to everyone for all of your support, we’re excited for what’s in store for the RTF for the remainder of 2019!

09.01.2022 Bingo Night update. We are going to postpone the RTF Bingo Night for now. Once we all go back to business as usual we will work out another date for the event at the same location. ... As we have to pay ticket sales fees, we hope that for those who have purchased tickets already, you may be happy to hold onto them for the new event date. Though of course, we will refund your ticket now should that be your preference. For those happy to hold onto your tickets for now, should the new date when decided not work for you, we can arrange a refund at that time. 06.01.2022 WHERE The Bentleigh Club, 33 Yawla St, Bentleigh, VIC 3204, Australia WHEN... Saturday 28 March 2020 at 7:30pm Drag hosted bingo for RTF fundraiser, by dear friends of the RTF Ben Dover and Miss BB Clarke. What to expect on the night: A few nibbles will be provided on the night. We recommend you eat dinner before you arrive as the light snacks are not a full meal. Drinks to be purchased at the bar until 12.30am. No BYO food or drink. 5 rounds of bingo with a prize for each round. Last round is a cash prize of $250! Performances during the evening by our hosts.

06.01.2022 To our incredible Monash Children's Cancer Centre Teens The RTF Team would like to wish you all a very happy and safe Easter. Unfortunately due to the current situation, we are unable to provide our usual Easter treats to you all. We are truly sorry and sincerely wish it could be different. But once this is all over we will be back at it and helping out any way we possibly can.
