09.01.2022 To say I am proud would be an understatement! Congratulations to Kat for graduating with a Masters in Human Nutrition! So often performing the selfless acts for RFJ. One of Kats many task on the ride was also completing her Masters. How Kat managed to drive the camper, cook for me, make sure I always had water, organised all School talks, radio, tv and newspaper interviews, book caravan parks, set up and pack up the camp site each evening and morning, take care of Instagram, ...facebook, the website and write a blog. Not to mention all whilst being pregnant with our beautiful daughters for part of the trip.... She also finished a Masters Degree!!!!!
