We have been delivering pre-hospital emergency training for well over 20 years... 5. More than any typical first aid course 6. 13.01.2022 Motorcyclists who have a need to carry medication which may include the Epipen for life-threatening anaphylaxis, Insulin for diabetes, Ventolin for asthma or just simple Paracetamol (Panadol) may be challenged with the ability to store the medication at the correct temperature. This subject is often overlooked or is not discussed at all in your typical first aid course, but did you know that not storing your medication correctly can reduce the effectiveness of the medication... to a point where it may have no effect at all. Here is a quick look at some of the correct storage temperatures: Epipen - 15 to 25C Ventolin - 15 to 25C Panadol - below 25C Although the article looks at the Epipen is is still very relevant for all other medications.

11.01.2022 Our RIDER DOWN program was created late 2015 in response to the alarming number of fatalities on Australian roads and is now Australias leading life-saving course for motorcyclists. Our career as Paramedics [riders] and educators provided us with the key to implement a new international shift on how to respond to and manage life-threatening injuries sustained by the motorcyclists. Rider Down is a now a three-time finalist in the Australian Road Safety Awards in two categori...es - community and innovation. This ensures that you have selected the most advanced program conducted by professionals that is aimed at reducing fatalities amongst motorcyclists. The Australian Road Safety Awards are designed to acknowledge the achievements of leading road safety stakeholders and provide an opportunity to formally recognise their commitment to improving road safety outcomes. Mr White, CEO of the Australian Road Safety Foundation said, the Awards will encourage ongoing professional development for corporate organisations and government departments, widespread community engagement and individual action in reducing road trauma. www.RiderDown.com.au #RiderDown #Trauma #FirstAidForMotrorcyclists #AwardFinalist #MedResponse #SaveALife #StoptheBleed #FirstAid #Motorcyclist #Motorcycling #MotorcycleRider #MotorbikeRider
