22.01.2022 AAM Investment Group have been supporters of RideWest for a couple of years now, but this years was particularly exciting as they had Ben Matigian representing the team in the peloton. It was great to see Ben squeeze in a quick stop at the Roma Saleyards and we also welcomed several of the AAM team to our final dinner in Longreach. Thank you AAM Investment Group.

They very generously donated their refrigerated truck for Duge to drive, but they also filled it with food, drinks and all sorts of protein boosting goodies to keep our riders well fed and their thirst quenched. This year they had an incredible 7 team members out on the ride, 5 riders (John Sloman, Rob Sendall, Brett Gillies, Toby Winten and Greg Kelly) and 2 support crew (Dugald Warby and Tanya Minton). 08.01.2022 We did it - $400,000!!! Yesterday our 2020 RideWest crew visited the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia Brisbane base to present the cheque of this year’s incredible fundraising efforts. Seeing the joy on the faces of everyone at the RFDS and the Wellbeing Out West team was the pinnacle for us all. Knowing that we’ve worked together to deliver vital funding and raise more awareness about mental health for regional Queenslanders is what it was all about. Our hearts ar...e full knowing that we’ve done something that will make a difference. We wouldn’t have been able to reach our 2020 fundraising goal without the riders, support crew and their amazing network of donors, our corporate sponsors and all of the businesses that donated their good and services. But also, the incredible communities we visited on the ride, that welcomed us and hosted us so graciously in their towns. They lifted our spirits and kept us motivated to keep going when the days were getting tough. They donated prizes, hosted auctions, and gave so willingly of their time to help us out and get our crew from Brisbane to Longreach. 01.01.2022 We were luck enough to spend a day riding through this beautiful part of Queensland when we were on RideWest 2020. Western Downs Regional Council welcomed us on our arrival to Chinchilla and we wanted to share with you this video they created to promote their beautiful region. So much more to explore...
