28.04.2022 Winter is definitely here now but whilst it’s cold and most things hibernate. Hellebores bring a splash for colour

24.04.2022 Autumn and the proteas and leucodendron’s start

11.04.2022 Getting back to flowers here is some new ones for this year.

10.03.2022 This summer was sooo hot and dry. A little echidna became a regular visitor. He (or she ) would toddle all over the farm and then come up to the house for a drink and a bath in the bird bath. We called him Rex and he kept Jack the dog entertained for hours. Jack would try and round him up but Rex just totally ignored him :)

18.01.2022 The lead up to Christmas is always busy but sometimes you just have to stop for a second and soak up the beauty around you. This week our wonderful red lillium’s started opening and the spectacular king proteas just kept giving. It was topped off with the best sunset for a while. Enjoy the festive season.
