24.01.2022 Goodmorning all, Belmont LAC has invited our U11-17 athletes for their annual Wednesday evening competition in January 2021(20th & 27th). Registration through Resultshq and $5 fee per meet are required. Please wear your Ridgewood uniform if you have it or otherwise you are welcome to compete in your club uniform, numbers are compulsory. Any enquiries, please contact Belmont LAC or shoot us a message/email. Do Ridgewood proud and most of all your self!

The board are open to discussions with volunteers in regards to this position. Ridgewood LAC are looking for expressions of interest for the role of Canteen Manager for the upcoming 2020/21 Summer Season. The role of Canteen Manager ensures the smooth running of the RLAC canteen on RLAC competition days during the summer season.... The Main Duties would be: Running a ‘health-wise’ canteen with the assistance of club parent helpers on RLAC competition days Ordering canteen stocks and supplies Organising supply and delivery of canteen supplies Organising club parent helpers on roster Maintaining all canteen equipment Keeping canteen clean Liaising with the Centre Treasurer on cash takings after each Saturday trading. This role is not an executive committee position. In previous seasons this role has been a paid position and the Canteen Manager has been paid an amount for each Competition Day that the canteen operates during the season to cover time and effort whilst performing the duties of the Centre Canteen Manager. RLAC Executive Committee is willing to negotiate with any prospective applicants in this regard. The canteen revenue is the main source of income for the Centre and therefore is very important in providing the first class coaching, facilities and equipment for all the athletes to continue to perform at their very best. 20.01.2022 Registrations for the 2020/21 Summer of Athletics will open for returning members on 4th September at 12 noon. Online registrations for new members will open on... 12th September at 12 noon. All registrations need to be done online. Please go to the Ridgewood LAC website for all details and the link to register. www.ridgewoodlac.org Fees remain the same as last season at $220.00 for the first athlete and $195.00 for additional athletes from the same family. Mindarie LAC is a Kidsport approved provider.

The Main Duties would be: Marking the track & field sites every two (2) weeks (possibly more often if required)... Maintaining the Centre line-marking equipment Organising supply and delivery of line-marking paint with RLAC Equipment Director This role is not an executive committee position. 01.01.2022 Athletics Australia National Under 20 Team Announcement Ridgewood LAC Alumni, Dylan James is currently in Arizona, USA attending university and recently jumped 15.74m in Triple Jump. This is a World U20 Qualifier. Sadly, Athletics Australia are not sending a team to Kenya for the World U20 Championships in August, however they have announced a National U20 Team who will compete in an Oceania Invitational Series on the Gold Coast in June. ...
