24.01.2022 Photography in itself is an excellent expressive outlet not to mention the experiences and people you get to share it with and meet along the way. Back in 2012 working with ASP (now WSL) and was my job to photograph Kelly with his 11th world title trophy back stage at the awards ceremony. I was too quick to off load my camera to a press photographer and ask Slater if I could get a photo with him. ... 14.01.2022 I enjoyed capturing a tree planting initiative for the koala’s recently with @wild.ark They've raised cash for the 4,685 trees planted through their #koalacomeback campaign and the images were shot to give feedback for all the support they’ve received. The bushfires earlier in the year blazed through the region and this particular area has been identified as an important wild life corridor to conserve for the neighbouring Koala’s and native animals.... Always a humbling experience to experience people volunteering their time to help out, the land owners volunteer the space required on their properties and the volunteers getting their hands dirty for a believe in the future instead of the dollars. I could actually feel the animals interest and appreciation of the tree planting, with animals from all walks of life coming to check out out what’s happening.
