13.01.2022 My name is Rob Hulme. I have lived in Bunbury for approximately 24 years, so I guess you could almost class me as a "blow-in." I have a partner named Jo, and four children. 16-year-old triplets; Amy, Lucy, and Ben; and Chelsea, 19; who has since given me a beautiful little granddaughter, Rias (aka Pud). I am starting my taxi business a little bit later in life, but believe me when I say that the whole industry requires change. I wish to play a significant role in bringing abo...ut this reform. I believe customer care has been lost somewhere along the way, and the industry is beginning to overprice itself to the point where catching a taxi is fast-becoming a luxury item, only affordable to a specific demographic. My staff are all fully qualified drivers including wheelchair transportation, ready t0 help in all aspects of customer care and are prepared to go the extra mile. They are all licenced and police-cleared. I will offer competitive, negotiable, and set fares for customers who require a more personalised service. At present, I have one MPT (Multi-Purpose Taxi) and a sedan, and a substitute vehicle which is solely used when one of the other vehicles is out of action. I can accomodate 1-2 wheelchairs for people that wish to travel together. I can also take up to 8 people in each taxi-bus. I can also offer a light removal service (pre-arrangement required), day and night convenience store pick-up/delivery. My vehicles are all fully insured and I have a large public liability cover.
