13.01.2022 Introducing our new physio Jen Sturm. Jen graduated from Physiotherapy in Albury, NSW in 2002 and has had the chance to work in both private and public health in Australia and internationally in the UK and Canada, with a focus on orthopaedic and sports injury rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She has an interest in pelvic injuries and stability and and treats using the Barbara Hungerford method for this. Jen is able to use dry needling for treatments, as well as focusing on exercise therapy for long term health management. Aside from work, Jen is an ex-netballer who doesn’t like sitting still and is an active long distance triathlete and competes in Iron distance triathlon with hopes to return to the World Championships in Hawaii again one day.

05.01.2022 Congratulations to our physio Sue for completing her first endurance ride since Covid. 80km 6 hours 16 minutes, coming in 2nd middle weight and Best Conditioned for her horse Kira. Sue had osteo with Erin before the ride to straighten her out, and recovered with remedial massage from Jo Jo, acupuncture with Dimity and Stretch class. She also uses Stretch and Core classes to improve strength, flexibility and balance.
