Just thought Id share some of the comments Ive received over the past few weeks from Pilates clients of some of the benefits theyve experienced from doing the classes... Hi Rie ! ... I wanted to tell you at my Podiatrist review he was super impressed with how my fitness and balance have increased and said to keep on doing what Im doing ! When I did some lifting the other day, I had no trouble with my abdominal hernia! Ive noticed the flexibility in my hip has really improved. I noticed today my flat feet are getting stronger too cos my inner thighs are stronger and legs aren't rolling in as much. So my feet aren't hurting xx After 5 sessions now, I can feel my strength increasing. I havent had any trouble with my lower back since doing Pilates. Thank you Marie. Your lessons are a peaceful and gentle marathon you certainly feel the next day. Im down 1 dress size. 20.01.2022 Pro-Ma Home Products I LOVE using these products in my home. Fantastic home products for kitchen, laundry, bathroom, surfaces etc ... Environmentally friendly, paraben free, Australian made, cruelty free. The citrus cleaner is super concentrated and I use them on all my surfaces. It leaves a beautiful shine on surfaces - ie stainless steel appliances, kitchen benches, bath, shower and its anti-bacterial too. All the home products come in 1L bottles and are very concentrated. No fillers. Dishwashers only need 1 teaspoon of the dishwasher powder so 1 bottle lasts a really long time! The Rinse Aid is also very effective and lasts a really long time. The Dish Detergent is gentle on the hands and doesnt dry them out but great for cutting through grime. Also very concentrated. I LOVE using the Laundry Liquid - Gentle on skin but effective. Great for sensitive skin, psoriasis/ eczema and people sensitive to fragrances as it has a low fragrance. The conscious functions (muscles working / thinking / making / creating / sport / exercise / playing music / navigating emotions and experiences etc ) and sub- conscious functions (circulatory systems/ respiratory systems/ lymphatic systems / healing mechanisms / nervous system communications and repair / digestive systems / maintaining homeostasis etc ) of our bodies are amazing. 02.01.2022 Just thought Id share this video from a client - Reza - who kindly offered to give a video testimonial after his third treatment. Reza came to me a few weeks ago initially for lower back pain, and was surprised to gain benefit in many other areas such as: feeling more grounded (less stressed and wound up); more focus and clarity in his thinking; his stutter improved; a sense of deep relaxation throughout the treatment and after; and feeling freer in general when walking - less muscle tension.
