This framework is about improving team alignment while reducing stress in the decision-making process." One small chart, useful no matter how big the company gets. The people who use the products, apps, and interfaces you create are more diverse than ever, but unfortunately, the tech industry still has some catching up to do. "Women bring perspectives from lived experience that men cannot, just as designers of different ethnicities, body types, and age can draw on different personal experiences. That personal experience adds sensitivity to detail and nuance t...hat enriches our work and empathy for end users. 11.01.2022 What do VCs really want? Our friend, Jeffrey Paine (Managing Partner at Golden Gate Ventures) says: The first bar to entry will be a prototype regardless whether its private beta or publicly used, execution is preferred over presentation slides and ideas on a napkin. Ideas are cheap; execution is everything, made famous by Shark Tank investor, Chris Sacca; echoes the sentiment of many Asian investors, more so with the economic uncertainty. Beyond the intricacies with...in the pitch, more so than ever, VCs are looking for the brains and hands behind the plan. Laura Sachar, Founder and General Partner of StarVest Partners once said at Business Insiders Startup 2012 conference, A lot of people have ideas. If you cant execute, you dont have a company. http://bit.ly/2bT588t
11.01.2022 Heres an eye opener: "The problem is probably you. When I was a young manager, my company sent us all to a week of quality training where the most important concept we learned was that 90 percent of all problems are management problems. When things arent going well, the first place to look for answers is in the mirror." Read the article:

03.01.2022 Australia takes out second place behind New Zealand in a ranking of Asia Pacific countries with the most favourable conditions for women entrepreneurship. Great work! In its ranking of 16 Asia Pacific nations, Mastercards inaugural Womens Entrepreneurial Index showed that developed economies in Asia Pacific provide better supporting conditions for their women entrepreneurs to prosper compared to emerging markets. Developed countries also tended to nurture more "opportunity ...entrepreneurs" who are driven by the desire to progress. This contrasts with emerging countries which tended to breed more "necessity entrepreneurs" who were driven by the need to survive. http://bit.ly/2bWyT53 via @stcom
