25.01.2022 CATching acts of voter fraud in the USA election may be easier than first believed.

22.01.2022 This is just as true in Australia. The dogs body language speaks loudly but most people dont see it.

16.01.2022 Being an assistance dog is hard work!

11.01.2022 Ever had one of those days where you feel like the tail chasing the donkey? Our dogs have those days too, check out this border collie genetics at work!

10.01.2022 It would be an understatement to say we have had to fight for our every lives and all we hold dear this year. It began with fires that brought us to our knees, then came floods and finally the deathly blow- Covid-19 . Many have lost loved ones, businesses, jobs, a sense of connectedness and a battle with mental health, as we all try to get through lockdowns and remote everything. Its alway darkest before the dawn but the dawn always comes. I feel so greatful to be alive, employed and able to go on making a difference in this world. If you have an act of kindness you would like to make we would love your support. Please donate and help us train assistance dogs for children with autism and type 1- diabetes. Let’s do this together. We can’t do it without you and nor do we want to because we are better together.

09.01.2022 How incredible are dogs!

08.01.2022 After 9 hours and over 10,000 steps Emmy has rocked Melbourne! She was exceptional and Jimmy was the best big brother (from another mother) that you could ask for. Ironically, the photo on the way home in the train looks very simular to the one going down this morning. Except this time Emmy uses Jimmy as the pillow. Well done Emmy, thank you Jimmy, Jenn and our mystery guest.

05.01.2022 Finally, with the Ring of Steel down Righteous Pup Jimmy is taking his little buddy, Emmy, to Melbourne for a big city experience. If Emmy does well she will graduate as an autism assistance dog in a few months time. First lesson involves a good sleep on the train in preparation for lots of walking ahead. Jimmy will help Emmy remain calm and collected as she experiences the intensity big smoke. #wearefindingawayback

03.01.2022 It costs $35,000 to breed, train, place and provide ongoing follow up of an assistance dog for a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder or Type 1 Diabetes. We cannot provide this vital service alone. Together we can provide relief to many families living under the weight of adversity.

03.01.2022 Righteous Pups is desperate to find a couple of volunteer bus drivers for morning and afternoon shifts from Lockwood to Bendigo and return. We have a couple of fantastic volunteers but we dont want to burn them out.

02.01.2022 It feels wrong to ask you for your financial support this Christmas after the year from hell. Some of you have lost family members, friends, businesses, jobs and struggled with mental health through lockdowns, border closures and social isolation. It is a Christmas miracle we are still standing and we are so greatful to Jobkeeper, a couple of state government grants and some private donations. We would consider this Christmas campaign a huge sucess if we can just rais...e $12,000- to cover the combined cost of our dog food, worm, flea and a present under the tree for our assistance and therapy dogs. If you can donate something we would be very greatful, and if you haven't got it to give this year we totally understand and hold you in our thoughts and prayers. Donations of $2.00 or more are tax deductible. Thank you for holding us in your hearts and valuing the work we do for children with disabilities. Merry Christmas! Jo Baker Managing Director of Righteous Pups.

02.01.2022 These are from an incredibly gifted friend of Righteous Pups - who has done many free jobs to help us out. Natalie is clever, funny and right on trend. If you have kids check out her Santa's Fun Pack it will put some joy back into 2020. https://santasfunpack.com.au/

01.01.2022 This seems like a million years ago - Gilbert taking up his role as assistance dog Extraordinaire and Holly the best waitress ever!
