22.01.2022 Just a reminder, in these cold humid days, patching and plastering takes longer to dry. This is a patch I did at 9am this morning and it was still way too wet to finalise at 3pm. Happy to go back and final skim and sand when it dries out.

Full repaint, built in a wardrobe, re-carpet, new toilet and cooktop, new blinds, curtains, lights and several other repairs. Came up a treat. We can coordinate multiple trades to get the job done. 08.01.2022 This is probably the most labour intensive retaining wall I have had to do, but very happy with how it turned out. Having to work in the rain and wind probably didn't help much either. Great result.

But with a small excavator, some 200 x 75 x 2400 sleepers, a couple of coatings of Blackjack, new uprights and plenty of Blood Sweat and Tears, she's good for another round of whatever the Queensland Sun and rain has to throw at it. 02.01.2022 Installation of security screens with lockable chain feed window openers today for a great return customer. It's great to be called back time and time again for multiple different jobs.

02.01.2022 Stage 1 repair completed today. After a day or two drying I'll be back to sand, final skim coat and sand again ready for paint.
