21.01.2022 It's time to take a deep breath! So now that we have, let's reflect on how we can maintain some normality to our lives with our health and fitness. I remind myself that our current environment is only temporary and at some point, we will return to the life we once knew. Perhaps a bit stronger.... Now my practical thoughts start about how I can look after my physical well-being. If I can't do my regular exercise then how do I maintain my fitness? It is so important to do so to enhance your immune system but also look after your mental health. Therefore, get outdoors and exercise with family, close friends and even your pets if you can. 14.01.2022 Wahoo! I'm back! Outdoor sessions only at this stage but it's a beginning. What a great time to start or re-set those fitness goals. Bookings for the week beginning Monday 11th are now open. Thank you for your support and messages during the last 6 weeks. Let's go!

This session is ideal for anyone wanting to improve their cardio fitness, increase strength and tone up. Any ability or age. Monday 3 February at 6.30am or Friday 7 February at 5.30pm... We love exercising outdoors so meet at the grassed area across from the Largs Pier Hotel. YES! you can find 1 hour to devote to yourself! A free health assessment must be completed before beginning the class.
