25.01.2022 I dont usually get feedback from tenants but i did today. Thanks Rob, tenant said Hi Liz,... Just some feedback on the plumber. He was punctual and professional, fixing the problem already first thing this morning. Appreciate the good work ! Regards Liz

25.01.2022 Even though there should not have been any pipes in this wall the handyman drilled straight through a gas pipe whilst trying to hang a print. Always use a pipe locating devise before drilling into walls.

07.01.2022 The word "plumber" dates all the way back to the Roman Empire! In Rome, pipes were originally made from lead, which is "plumbum" in Latin. People who worked with lead were called Plumbarius, which was eventually shortened to the word we use today.

05.01.2022 All re rendered, not bad if I do say so myself.

04.01.2022 Water pipes are pressurised with a special gas then a high tech gas detector is used to suck the gas out of the wall. When the highest gas reading is found then that is where the water leak will be.

03.01.2022 Vandals tried to steal the copper pipe for scrap metal then realised they would get wet in the process.
