25.01.2022 Upstairs at Rigs you will find our cinema-like recovery lounge, fitted out with Normatec compression garments designed to increase the blood flow and flush out any lactic acid that's built up after exercise. The three stages of the compression cycle are pulsing, gradient hold and then distal release. The compression therapy will be included in our basic membership package, which we will be launching in the new year!
