Waiting for the lift, waiting for kids, waiting in line at the supermarket. There are many moments in our busy days when we can utilise the gift of a pause and breathe!

I love a good laugh and the beauty of laughter is, you can't be stressed, upset, angry or anything else while you are laughing. What a wonderful way to be Mindful!

16.01.2022 Day 21 - #mindfulmay Have you ever noticed how mesmerising nature can be? I'm fortunate at the moment to have sunbirds nesting in our outside area. Sitting and watching their antics whilst hearing the willy wagtails sing and the distant sounds of other various bird sounds is a great way to focus in and breathe. I have just heard the cheeping of the new baby sunbirds, so faint. I would have missed them if I hadn't taken time to sit peacefully for a few moments and be grateful to observe. What are you missing today in the busyness of your life? Stop for a moment, breathe and see what you notice.
