21.01.2022 Toddlers are supposed to sleep 12-14 hours per 24 hours. I have 3 Children, ages 6, 4 (Riley) and 18 months old- I dont think any of them get that many hours sleep. They have never been great sleepers but they do sleep about 10 hours so pretty close. I think for Mums sleep and the questions of sleep; Are they getting enough? Why do they wake up? Are they cold?... Are they waking up because they are hungry? occupies our brains about 50% of our days (at least). Can any-one share tips they have for helping our little ones get to sleep and stay asleep? See more
