04.01.2022 ! ~~~~~~~~ Today is my 2nd year of business birthday. It has simply flown and it’s amazing to see how far the business has come from the beginning. ... A little bit about me and the business: I was on maternity leave and wanted something to fill the days with something creative for myself. I had no idea how to sew but always wanted to learn. With help from family and some family friends spending the day with me, I eventually learnt the art of sewing. (Still not perfect but practice makes perfect). Then came the addiction... I. It’s real. Hoarding prints, sourcing new designs and now soon to be bringing out exclusive designs, it’s so much fun. I also work full time in childcare during the week and the late nights sewing up orders, social media posts, website design, replying to messages, chatting to my awesome boss babes for advice and just life stuff it’s all worth it. The people I’ve met along the way and have been there from the start whether it be friends, family, brand rep teams, customers or other small businesses, you’ve all got me where I am today.
