I’ve been using 15kg, 12kg, 7.5kg Reverse flys 4 x 12 reps Reverse pec-deck or off an inclined bench works best Single arm dumbbell shoulder press as shown above Keep a slight bend in your elbow to keep the anterior deltoid under tension and to avoid locking out and putting stress through the elbow joint. 18.01.2022 Training has helped me through some of the toughest times in my life. The challenge of always building a better you, pushing yourself to uncomfortable places and constantly learning and improving has kept that fire burning which I then redirect to all areas of my life. With every goal reached a new one is set and by overcoming hard things builds a bigger and better you physically and mentally. Knowing that when times get tough if you can just hang in things will change and the tide will turn. Keeping fit and healthy is a cheque that you never know when you’re going to have to cash but by working hard and staying ready for that day you are giving yourself the option to get the most out of this life.
