23.01.2022 How often should I use an infrared sauna? The answer is, as often as you can! Depending on your goal or condition, we would recommend using upwards of at least twice a week. It’s also perfectly safe to use daily if you wish. Infrared therapy is a wellness experience where the results are progressive. This means the more you come in, the better you will feel. Just like working out or dieting, it will take a few sessions before benefits begin to manifest

We are so incredibly excited to welcome you all into our brand new space and cannot wait to meet so many of you within our local community. We wanted to take the time to ensure you that we are welcoming you into the safest space possible. We will be taking extra precautions around the studio to ensure you are well cared for. - Our saunas are made from Canadian cedar wood which is naturally antifungal and ...antibacterial - Infrared lighting and the sauna temperature are also natural disinfectants - All saunas run at 57 degrees for 15 mins after each session, this kills any potential bacteria - We clean the saunas after each use with natural and organic disinfectants - All linen is professionally laundered - Hand sanitiser is always provided and should be used upon arrival when checking in for your appointment If our team is sick, they will not come into the studio. We also ask that you take extra precaution if you are sick, or have been sick, please cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our goal at Rimba Sweat is to provide the safest and most relaxing experience possible
