24.01.2022 Full house down at RTC on a public holiday today

24.01.2022 FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH The start of this year has seen the introduction of our FS classes every second day Tues @ 5.30pm... Thurs @ 5.30pm Sat @ 8.30am After 4 weeks break from these classes over Xmas coach Ren has set up a great program for this year... Those that do all of this program (not a class here & there) will see great improvement in strength, endurance and injury prevention The first couple weeks has been about intrinsic muscle control, as we have alot of newbies and/or people who've missed strength for a while. This will improve muscle control and movement patterns We then move into shoulder & hip stabilisation The next phase is technique & strength Then hypertrophy & endurance ----------------------------------- The plan behind all this is to restore tendon strength & integrity. Also to reduce injuries. Coach Ren has a wealth of knowledge being a sports scientist and a qualified chiropractor. Have faith in the program, be consistent, and you'll see some great improvements. *** Please note we have very limited depots available for these classes (only 20ppl p/group) so pre-booking is essential *** BOOK A FREE 7 DAY TRIAL: www.ringfit.net.au

23.01.2022 Come down at 5pm to the Adriatic Community Centre in Stirling tonight to support Jaydyn in his first fight. This guy has put in a lot of work dropping nearly 10kg and drastically changing his lifestyle just to get here. Already winning mate Next week we we have Cooper and Billy up in the Semi finals, and Joel in the finals on the 5th

21.01.2022 Hope all of our great members had a nice break and are looking forward to a strong start to 2021 I (Coach Dan) have enjoyed a very much needed rest after a testing year, but I am looking forward to a strong 2021. I have some awesome RTC community events already in planning and an even stronger boxing development plan for this year We open from this Monday the 4th, with a few condensed classes for the week. Darren McKie & Adelene Harris BOXER AWARD Pilot Giday CLUBMAN AWARDS Nicole Bryant & Robert Tracy STAFF AWARD Daphne Den Boer GOLDEN MIC Benji Bowe (after much controversy ) If I could have given everyone an award I would have... This year despite COVID the community has grown alot stronger and I've enjoyed getting to know people on a personal level It's going to be very hard to replace Daphne but no doubt we will have an awesome team and awesome vibe next year, so stay tuned. Lastly, sorry for the emotions yesterday. Been a tough year, but I'm grateful for the adversity and the strength that comes after such things. Theres always a rainbow after a storm.... I've not always been great this year and have tried my best to keep pushing forward. But if I've upset anyone this year then from the bottom of my heart I'd like to take this time to apologise............. TO ABSOLUTELY NOBODY
