02.01.2022 Took the streets of Mooroopna this morning to canvas for new business and came away with a warm and fuzzy feeling from the positive response I received from the lovely people I met. So, in return, here is a plug for all of these businesses. MIMS (made it my self) - selling all handmade goods and the sign on the window says they have a bus trip happening visiting craft places. PSR's Unique Jewellers - Manufacturing and selling jewellery. Spoke to Sue who was very welcoming.... Talisman's Menswear - Formal wear and men's clothing. Had a nice chat to Paul. (He is also on facebook - Talisman Menswear). Some great specials on clothing at the moment I noticed!! Tigerlilly - Women's clothing. The shop attendant was busy with customers. Can't complain about that!! (fb talisman menswear) Pampen's - Women's clothing. Bright and cheery store. Beautiful selection of clothing and lovely staff. GV Fancy Dress - The name says it all. Met Belinda who couldn't have been more helpful. Happy and helpful staff. (fb GV Fancy Dress) Mooroopna shopping centre has loads of parking. The street was alive and busy which was great to see. Resisted the temptation of some hot food from the bakery! Wasn't easy but I did it!!

Looking at the website, Benalla region have managed to register a lot more businesses than we have. Get enthused, it won't cost you anything but a little bit of time!
