23.01.2022 Evening All, We'll have our first video up and ready tomorrow morning and first live stream Friday morning at 7am! Really excited. We're going to be using PT Minder as our new studio software, which gives us more functionality, so you will see a link from us to create an account if you're joining in.... In terms of cost, we are going to work on a pay what you can afford up to $20 per week. So please send an email to [email protected] for the amount you would like to pay, and there's no shame and no judgement - if you can't afford anything at the moment - that is ok. We are happy for anyone to join for free. This is about our community.

This has been by far the silver lining. This Saturday we are so excited to be hosting the very talented Tania from @to_stir_with_love Tania started her catering and cooking class business 5 years ago . She is a passionate self taught cook who loves to share her creations and her skills in her cooking classes in Richmond .... ( and now on Zoom) Tania specialises in Paleo cooking but is passionate about supporting those with dietary intolerances to eat beautiful nutritious food. Her classes focus on nutritious dishes that are easy to prepare, and family friendly that look and taste great! 20.01.2022 Who’s ready for some Friday night FUN! Kaija is a girl very near and dear to our hearts and she’s going to take our RPT@home crew through some dance moves this Friday at 5.30. I’d like to say she’ll have you doing this move in your living room after one class but while she’s good - she ain’t that good! Kaija started dancing at age 4 with a background in ballet, contemporary, acrobatics, breakdancing and hip hop. Her work has seen her dance in a Kellogg’s commercial, an online talk show, music videos and has choreographed for the international acrobatics centre: Skylark Circus. She has since specialised in hip hop and has been teaching since 2017.

04.01.2022 Tomorrow night we’re very fortunate to have @belinda.mcintosh1 from @vitaliqishiatsu taking our RPT @ Home clients through a guided meditation at 8pm. A special session designed to wind down and settle in for a great night’s sleep. Meditation is an important tool for our self-care and can bring instant improvement to our state of mind.

02.01.2022 Why now is the best time to get back into the gym. It’s a level playing field, a clean slate. Most of us have eaten more and moved less over the last 3 months and we’re conscious of how that is showing up in our bodies and minds. Now is the time to take a big breath, draw a line in the sand and choose to prioritize our health and fitness. Get back into it, while everyone around is feeling the struggle and hard work ahead. Now is the time.
