02.01.2022 Rio Vista is a newly renovated property conveniently located over a quiet road from Kelso beach. This beach house contains 3 bedrooms all with queen size beds, one bathroom and two seperate toilets. A full size kitchen with an open living area that flows out on to a large deck with beach views. There is also a large common room containing tv, Foosball table and couch that can be used to sleep additional guests which opens up to a smaller back deck. This property is fully enclosed.
