25.01.2022 Nicos telling me that its decadent stocking such high quality products in a time like this. In reality its the opposite. Having a little bit of something produced by someones hands, using methods passed down through generations of families preserving both the unique ecosystem of their products and the traditions of their cultures will always be less decadent than having a lot of something grown, harvested, and made by machines with total disregard for environment and culture.

23.01.2022 Were making the decision every day to use the highest quality ingredients, to use traditional methods and recipes, and to only permit perfection in our pastas. It may seem overly sentimental to be so attached to the end result, but not when you consider the sacrifices made along the way. So lets face it: (some) pasta doesnt take away well. This is one of the reasons we had cancelled our take away subscriptions last year, and its also one of the reasons that were changing our menu tomorrow. Weve created a new menu that is curated not only for the changing seasons, as youre all used to from us, but also for this changed mode of operation.
