16.01.2022 When I first met 67 year old Allan Bennet, I really only saw two positives to his lifting in the gym. He had a strong bicep curl and a positive can-do attitude. 03.01.2022 Hi everyone Due to having 2 other jobs and not having enough PT's to do a full week I have decided to reduce the days I will be available to do PT's. I will be now doing PT's Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday's only but I will be able to be contacted anytime throughout the week.
