22.01.2022 Today we farewell one of our Risdon family and wish her all the best on her change of career. Marley worked here originally as baby faced 15yr old for a short time and then returned to us 10yrs later and has been with us for the last 10 years in our kitchen. Thankyou Marley for the infectious smile and laughter you have brought to every shift and your uncanny ability to find a song to sing from any random sentence spoken to you. I speak for the while team when I say we will miss you. Enjoy your final shift with us tonight.

14.01.2022 We are very happy to be a drop off point again this year for donations. The staff got behind this great cause last year by donating gifts.

14.01.2022 New restrictions came into place at midnight which will see changes to our venue capacity and dining room bookings. All drink consumption must be done while seated. We will be contacting all affected bookings throughout the day and we thankyou for your patience. We do ask that moving forward all bookings are made via phoning the hotel on 86322663 rather than online or Facebook as this will enable us to give up to date availability. Takeaway meals are also available by phone order. Trivia, the exploding wheel and Sunday afternoon music will also be taking a two week break until we have further direction on the restrictions. Hand sanitizers are installed on each entrance to the hotel and we do ask that you continue to use them and follow any directions from our covid Marshall and other staff.

09.01.2022 Today with the help of Jacob Deb handed over all the gifts and Christmas foods that had been donated and brought for this year's toy run. Many people wouldn't ...realise that each week the hotel runs lucky squares for various prizes with the profits going to charities each month. This is something deb started roughly 18mths ago and with the support of our lovely customers and fellow staff we have made donations to local make a wish, Bush fire relief funds, steptember, the cancer council, pink it up October and so many others. Just shy of $1000 was raised and donated to purchase the gifts and food items that was donated today as well extra donations of items from staff and customers. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for helping us make this possible.
