12.01.2022 Have you seen children holding their writing tool in an unusual way. But still they are very keen to write. Twist ‘N’ Write pencil allows an appropriate grasp. I highly recommend this pencil as it is short and easy to manipulate, flat in front to place index finger well, two curves on both sides to place thumb and middle finger. Children don’t get fatigued easily due to it’s ergonomics.

07.01.2022 Choiceworks app is an essential tool for helping children complete daily routines. This is my go-to app in therapy sessions. This app is very easy to create schedules. There are 150 built in pics and you can customise the schedule by adding pics using the gadget camera. It is a great tool to encourage independence, positive behavior, and support emotional regulation across home, school and home environments. The app includes 3 different boards- schedule, waiting and feeli...ngs. 05.01.2022 The Squiggle Wiggle Writer is a battery operated vibrating pen that allows the writer to turn straight lines into a series of loops, circles, or curves. Triangular in shape and weighted, this is a great tool for developing pen and pencil grasp. The pen vibrates, enhancing kinesthetic awareness of the hand. The writer can change angles and pressure to vary the size and shape of the wiggles and squiggles. Operates on one AA battery and includes 5 different color cartridges. Children are mostly interested to engage in writing tasks due to novelty.
