01.01.2022 Winter is coming There’s not better way to kick off the cooler months with a delicious and easy to make slow cooker recipe for the whole family Here is a list of what you will need:... SERVES 4 * 500g of spud lite potato’s * 800g of rump steak * 3 cans of crushed tomatoes * 500g of diced mushrooms * Few cloves of garlic * A brown onion * Salt, pepper and Italian herbs * Rice of your choice Cut up all of your steak, onion and potatoes and put it straight into the slow cooker Peel the skin off your garlic cloves and throw them straight in I like to buy the pre diced mushrooms as it saves time cutting them up. Place the mushrooms into the slow cooker with your other ingredients Empty all 3 cans of crushed tomatoes into the slow cooker, season with a generous amount of pepper, salt and Italian herbs. If you like some heat add some chilli flakes in too Put the lid on and set on low for 12-14 hours, low and slow baby Once this is done you are ready to eat. Serve with your favourite rice or quinoa and you are good to go At 450 calories per serve, this is sure to be a huge hit with the fam and will keep you warm over winter Enjoy guys
