My point is that YOUR HUMAN! When you make a mistake, look for the SOLUTION When you fall down, pick yourself back UP . It's okay, Embrace the highs Learn from the lows . Stop being so harsh on yourself, you're not a robot that does every thing perfectly and never messes up. Go out and make mistakes, Its how you'll learn and grow!

Sometimes it’s the people you least expect are those who are suffering the most.... 04.01.2022 This week has been simply about movement and stretching.. Bit of sickness, not sleeping well and injury means that pushing the limits would add to my body’s stress levels.. My point: Not every session has to be pushing to your limits, sometimes it’s simply about movement. Looking after injury’s through specific exercise without adding to the problem. Working with your body, not against it!... Don’t beat yourself up because you can’t lift heavy, move fast or break a record.. Listen to your body!
